The property is rented to people with an employment contract or demonstrable financial solvency.

To move in, the following amount must be paid: 3 monthly payments, consisting of 1 month's rent, 1 month's deposit and (1 month's agency fee + VAT).

According to the Spanish Urban Leasing Law (Ley de Arrendamientos Urbanos), charging the agency's intermediation fee to the tenant is legal for rentals that are not annual, and it may be charged for temporary residential rentals, not holiday rentals, as is the case here.
