Maximum occupancy: 2 people; no pets allowed.

Move-in requires payment equivalent to three months' rent, broken down as follows: 1 month's rent, 1 month's security deposit, and 1 month's agency fee (plus VAT).

Under the Urban Leases Act, charging the tenant an agency intermediation fee is legal for non-annual rentals—specifically for temporary residential leases (non-vacation rentals), as is the case here.
