To move in you must pay the amount of 3 months: 1 month rent, 1 legal deposit and (1 month agency + VAT).
According to the Urban Leasing Law it is legal to charge agency intermediation to the tenant in non-annual rentals, and it can be charged in temporary housing rentals, not holiday rentals, as is this case.
