RENTAL CONDITIONS

It is rented to people with a contract or demonstrable income.

Electricity, Wi-Fi, and pool maintenance fees are separate. Water is included.

To move in, you must pay the equivalent of three months' rent: one month's rent, one month's security deposit, and one month's agency fee (plus VAT). According to the Urban Leases Law, it is legal to charge the tenant an agency fee for rentals that are not annual. This fee is also permitted for short-term residential rentals, excluding vacation rentals, as is the case here.
