Outside, the property offers a furnished porch and a garden with a chill-out area, from which to enjoy wonderful views of the valley and the sea, as well as a swimming pool for cooling off and relaxing amidst nature. The house also has excellent 600 Mb fiber optic Wi-Fi.

The house is located on the main road, just 3 km from Sant Vicent de Sa Cala, 7 km from Sant Joan, and approximately 30 km from Ibiza Town, combining the tranquility of a rural setting with good access to some of the island's most attractive destinations.

RENTAL CONDITIONS

Rentals are available to individuals with a contract or verifiable income.

Water, electricity, and Wi-Fi are paid separately.

No pets.

To move in, you must pay the equivalent of three months' rent: one month's rent, one month's security deposit, and one month's agency fee (plus VAT). According to the Urban Leases Law, it is legal to charge the tenant an agency fee for rentals that are not annual. This fee is also permitted for short-term residential rentals, excluding vacation rentals, as is the case here.
