RENTAL CONDITIONS

The property is rented to individuals with a contract or verifiable income.

Electricity, water, and Wi-Fi are paid separately.

Pets are not allowed.

Upon move-in, the following amount is required: 3 months' rent: 1 month's rent, 1 month's security deposit, and 1 month's agency fee (plus VAT).

According to the Urban Leases Law, it is legal to charge the tenant an agency fee for rentals that are not annual. This fee is permitted for short-term rentals of non-vacation homes, as is the case here.
