ANNUAL LEASE: To move in, you must pay the equivalent of 2 months’ rent: 1 month’s rent and 1 month’s security deposit.

SEASONAL LEASE: To move in, you must pay the equivalent of 1 month’s rent, 1 month’s security deposit, and half a month’s agency fee (+ VAT).

According to the Urban Lease Law, it is legal to charge the tenant an agency fee for non-annual leases, provided that such fees may be charged for temporary residential rentals (not vacation rentals), as is the case here.
