Rentals are available to individuals with a valid lease agreement or proven financial stability.

Utilities are paid separately.

To move in, you must pay the following amounts: 3 months’ rent in advance, 1 month’s rent, a 1-month security deposit, and a 1-month agency fee plus VAT.

According to the Urban Lease Law, it is legal to charge the tenant an agency fee for non-annual leases, provided that such fees may be charged for temporary residential rentals (not vacation rentals), as is the case here.
