This property is available exclusively for the winter season, from November 1 to May 31.

Only for tenants with an employment contract + pay slips, or demonstrable financial solvency. Expenses are paid separately.

To move in, you must pay 3 months' rent, 1 month's deposit, and 1 month's agency fee plus VAT. 

Under the Urban Tenancy Act, it is legal to charge the tenant an agency brokerage fee for non-annual rentals—specifically for temporary residential rentals (that are not for vacation purposes), which is the case here.
