Pets are not allowed. Upon move-in, the following amount must be paid: 3 months' rent, which corresponds to: 1 month's rent, 1 month's security deposit, and (1 month's agency fee + VAT). According to the Urban Leases Law, it is legal to charge the tenant an agency fee for rentals that are not annual. This fee is permitted for short-term rentals of non-vacation homes, as is the case here.
