RENTAL CONDITIONS

Water is included in the rental price. Electricity is not included.
To move in, you must pay the equivalent of three months' rent, which corresponds to: one month's rent and one month's security deposit, plus the agency fee plus VAT.
According to the Urban Leases Law, it is legal to charge the tenant an agency fee for rentals that are not annual. This fee is permitted for short-term rentals of non-holiday properties, as is the case here.
