It is located on the second floor of a building with only 15 units, featuring common areas and a spacious (shared) rooftop terrace with a barbecue and relaxation area.

RENTAL TERMS

Available for rent to individuals with a valid employment contract or proven financial stability.

Electricity and water bills are paid separately.

To move in, you must pay the equivalent of 3 months’ worth of payments: 1 month’s rent, 1 month’s security deposit, and 1 month’s agency fee (+ VAT).

According to the Urban Lease Law, it is legal to charge the tenant an agency fee for leases that are not annual, provided that such fees can be charged for temporary residential rentals (not vacation rentals), as is the case here.
