Rentals are available to individuals with a valid employment contract or proven financial stability.

Water, electricity, and Wi-Fi are billed separately.

To move in, you must pay the equivalent of 3 months’ worth of rent, which includes: 1 month’s rent, 1 month’s legal security deposit, and 1 month’s agency fee (+ VAT).

According to the Urban Lease Law, it is legal to charge the tenant an agency fee for leases that are not annual; this fee may be charged for temporary residential rentals (non-vacation rentals), as is the case here.
